DENISON, Circuit Judge.

This was an infringement suit, brought in the court below by the Rim Company against the Wheel Company, alleging infringement of two patents, granted to the plaintiff May 5, 1914, being, respectively, No. 1,095,771, upon the Anglada application, and No. 1,095,776, upon the Baker application — both pertaining to automobile wheels and demountable rims. Claims 1, 4, 6, and 7,-of the Anglada patent are said to be infringed.
