This matter comes before the Court on eight separate motions. Six of these motions are brought by Defendant Pricewat-erhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) to exclude the testimony of Plaintiff John Crowley’s (“Plaintiff’) expert witnesses, almost exclusively on the grounds that the testimony of these experts fails to meet the standards prescribed by the United States Supreme Court in Daubert v.
