RAY, District Judge.

This matter was before this court on a motion to enjoin and restrain the plaintiff from further prosecuting the action and to bring in other parties and instruct the trustee in bankruptcy of Security Steel & Iron Company, of which defendants were directors, and the motion was denied, the court writing an opinion. 222 Fed. 75. Later the action was tried before the court and a jury, and resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff against all the defendants for $9,493.99.
