The defendants in error, as assignees of The EastwoodElwell Printing Company, brought this action to recover a balance of §1851.60 claimed to be due for work, labor, material and services delivered and rendered by The Eastwood-Elwell Printing Company to the plaintiff in error and others. The action was brought against George R. Elder, Ida D. Elder, Frank E. Mann and Rufus C. Elder, and Frank E. Mann and Rufus C. Elder as executors of the last will and testament- of George W.
