This ease involves the validity of the order of the Public Service Commission increasing street-car fare in Kansas City to six cents.- The order *546was made June 22, 1918; was reversed by the circuit court of Cole County September 7, 1918, and a special order granting an appeal to this court was made by tbe Chief Justice on the same day. The cause on appeal was argued and submitted November 11, 1918.
