The plaintiff, Denise Gilman, brings this case under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, seeking release of certain U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) records concerning the construction of a fence on the Texas-Mexico border. Pending before the Court are the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment regarding CBP’s production of email records in response to the plaintiffs FOIA request, which response withheld landowner names and addresses, under FOIA Exemption 6, and information related to CBP’s…
