These are appeals from a decree of a single justice of this court, entered on the fourth account of the administrator with the will annexed of the estate of John C. Frye. Both parties have appealed from a decree of the Probate Court and also from the decree entered by the single justice. The case was heard by an auditor appointed by the Probate Court, and by a master appointed after the appeals had been entered in this court.
