MURRAY, Justice.

Appellants, Henry Brodt, Mrs. Annie McHugo, Mrs. Georgia Bowles and husband, Will Bowles, Mrs. Florence Maurer and husband, John Maurer, and Charles Smidt, filed their exceptions and objections to the probate of an alleged will of Her-mann Brodt, deceased, in the county court of Guadalupe county. Alvin Brodt, the proponent of the alleged will, was named in same as a beneficiary and as independent executor. Other beneficiaries under the proposed will, other than Alvin Brodt, were Wm.
