GRAVES, Justice.

This was a will-contest, tried de novo in the District Court of Anderson County, Texas, before a jury, on a single special issue of whether the instrument purporting to be the last-will and testament of Laura Parker Lynn was procured through undue influence exerted on her by her husband, J. M. (Mack) Lynn. In fact, it purported to be the joint-will of the two, as the full copy thereof, hereto attached and made a part hereof, discloses. 1 Both are now dead, the husband having predeceased his wife.
