Six years of litigation in state and federal courts have stemmed from Dr. Alexander Stratienko pushing Dr. Stephen Monroe in the staff break room at Erlanger Hospital. After the hospital suspended Stratienko’s privileges, he sued Monroe, the hospital, and its executive staff members, alleging violations of due process and equal protection, federal and state antitrust law, the Tennessee constitution, and contract and tort law.
