Order, Supreme *213Court, New York County (Jeffrey Atlas, J.), entered March 21, 1994, which dismissed the indictment on speedy trial grounds, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the indictment reinstated. The matter is remanded to Supreme Court for further proceedings in accordance with CPL 470.45.
On February 2, 1993, the defendant was arraigned on a felony complaint and was ultimately indicted for one count of grand larceny in the fourth degree.
