*770OPINION OF THE COURT

MORGAN, Judge:

A military judge found appellant guilty, contrary to his pleas, of wrongful appropriation of a computer and two counts of writing bad checks. Consistent with his pleas, the military judge found appellant guilty of an additional count of writing bad checks. The judge sentenced appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, 5 months confinement, forfeiture of $600 pay per month for 6 months, and reduction to E-l. Appellant contends that it was error for the trial counsel (prosecuting attorney) to advise the convening authority concerning appellant’s post-trial request…
