The plaintiff, ARNOLD MINSKY (“Plaintiff”), brought this adversary proceeding to object to the discharge of NORMAN SILVERSTEIN, (“Debtor”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. sections 727, as well as to seek a determination of non-dischargeability pursuant to section 523(a)(2).
