District Court, N.D. Illinois
1Opinion of the Court
MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SHADUR, District Judge.
Dahlia Grindle (“Grindle”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of Secretary of Health and Human Services Louis Sullivan (“Secretary”) denying Grindle’s claim for supplemental security income (“SSI”) benefits under the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423 and 1381(a). 1 As is customary in these cases, the parties have filed Fed.R.Civ.P.
