Appeal from Muskegon; Sessions, J. Bill by the Thayer Lumber Company against the city of Muskegon, the common council of said city, and the board of assessors of special sewer district No. 7, to set aside proceedings for the construction of certain sewers. From a decree for complainant, defendants appeal.
