PREWITT, Presiding Judge.

Following jury trial defendant was convicted of burglary in the first degree and sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment. He appeals, presenting two points relied on.

Defendant was charged with entering a house occupied by a woman and two children “for the purpose of committing sexual abuse in the third degree therein”.
