This matter is before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment (docket entry nos. 10 and 12), the Report and Recommendation (“Report”) of U.S. Magistrate Judge B. Waugh Crigler (docket entry no. 14), and Plaintiffs objections thereto (docket entry no. 17). In his Report, Judge Crigler recommends that this Court enter an order affirming the Commissioner’s final decision denying Plaintiff supplemental security income, granting the Commissioner’s motion for summary judgment, and dismissing this case from the docket.
