Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered March 16, 2001, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted robbery in the second degree.
Defendant was charged in an indictment with robbery in the second degree after he obtained money from a bank teller by feigning possession of a firearm. Defendant thereafter pleaded guilty to attempted robbery in the second degree in full satisfaction of the indictment.
