Delgado v. Martinez

Connecticut Appellate Court

Decided July 2, 1991No. 9362PublishedCited by 4 opinions

1Opinion of the CourtSpallone, J.

The state of Connecticut1 is appealing from the judgment of the trial court granting the defendant’s petition to review an acknowledgment of paternity and to vacate the judgment of paternity. The state claims that the trial court improperly refused to apply the statutory time limitations set forth in General Statutes § 46b-172 for petitions to review an acknowledgment of paternity, improperly set aside a judgment of paternity and improperly granted the defendant’s motion for human leukocyte antigen (HLA) blood testing. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
