ORDER SETTING ASIDE REDETER-MINATION OF SENTENCE.

ZIRPOLI, District Judge.

This is another in a series of eases before this court challenging, as a violation of due process, the procedures employed by the California Adult Authority when parole is revoked. Consistent with this court’s decisions in Ellhamer v. Wilson, 312 F.Supp. 1245 (N.D.Cal.1969); Hinnington v. Department of Corrections, C-69 149 (N.D.Cal. April 17, 1970); and Wilburn v. Nelson, 323 F.Supp. 585 (N.D.Cal.1970), the redetermination of petitioner’s sentence must be set aside.
