ORDER GRANTING IN PART PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPU.S.
ZIRPOLI, District Judge.
In this case the court granted petitioner, a California state prisoner, an evidentiary hearing for the purpose of inquiry into the constitutional validity of petitioner’s 1961 conviction of the crime of armed robbery.
