Charles M. Torrence appeals from the dismissal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Torrence challenged a Kansas Parole Board (KPB) decision which denied him parole. We affirm.

Torrence is currently serving a sentence of 21 years to life for aggravated robbery. After an unsuccessful hearing with the KPB, Torrence was given written recommendations regarding his rehabilitation and the reasons for the KPB’s decision. Torrence requested reconsideration twice.
