Lamar Gilmore, John Stasse, Robert E. Murphy, Gary Dean Darby, and Joseph Dyche are all in the custody of the Secretary of Corrections of the State of Kansas, following their respective convictions for various felony offenses. Each petitioner met with the Kansas Parole Board, and each was denied parole.
