Before the Court in this products liability action are the following Motions filed by Defendant BGHA, Inc. d/b/a Big Game Treestands: Motion to Preclude Gary M. Bakken from Testifying at Trial; Motion to Preclude Irving Ojalvo from Testifying *1380at Trial; and Motion for Summary Judgment.
