This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Renewed Motion for Class Certification (doc. 211), Teleetronies’ Memorandum in Opposition (doc. 271), Plaintiffs’ Reply (doc. 284) and Teleetronies’ Supplemental Memorandum (doc. 288).
