This case involves a boundary line dispute. Grace Powell filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Franklin County against her sister, Essie Lou Evans, and her sister's husband, Bob Evans. The complaint asked the court to establish the boundary between the adjoining lands of Powell and the Evanses. The court, after hearing evidence presented ore tenus, entered a judgment establishing the disputed boundary line between the parties. Powell appeals. We affirm.
