MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, District Judge.
This class action is brought for alleged discrimination against females in employment matters in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000(e), et seq., for alleged discrimination against blacks in employment matters in violation of both Title VII, supra, and the Civil Rights Act of 1866, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and for an alleged breach of a union’s statutory duty to fairly represent all of its members.
