The plaintiff, Graciela Chirieleison, administratrix of the estate of Jacqueline Bardales Chi-rieleison,1 appeals from the summary judgment rendered in favor of the defendants, the town of Greenwich (town) and Robert S. Lucas,2 on her wrongful death action.
