Appellant Barry F. Bryant appeals from his conviction on four counts of a superseding indictment. He raises five grounds of error: (1) that adding seven counts in a superseding indictment constituted prosecutorial vindictiveness; (2) that evidence was insufficient to establish that equipment he transported in interstate commerce was valued in excess of $5,000 and that he knew the equipment was stolen; (3) that the jury should have been allowed to determine if certain false statements were “material”; (4) that questioning of Bryant which required that he…
