Case for slander. The declaration follows: “ State of Indiana, Marion county. In the Marion Circuit Court. Rachel C. Hollingsworth, an infant within the *340age of twenty years, by her next friend George Hollingsworth, whose consent thereto in writing is filed in Court, complains of Jacob Rodebcmgh of a plea of trespass on the case for slanderous words spoken.
