The three defendants in error brought their separate actions against the Georgia Railroad and Banking Company. The cases were tried together by special agreement and consent upon the same state of facts, though separate verdicts were rendered and separate writs of error were sued out. Plaintiffs’ petitions •originally set up that on July 8, 1908, the railroad commission of this State ordered that as to train Eo. 28 of the Georgia Railroad, Alcovy, situated about half way between Social Circle and ‘Covington, should be made a flag station, and that this train should be stopped there on signal…
