Bunte, Jr., trustee, filed this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), as amended by the Multiem-ployer Pension Plan Amendments Act of 1980 (“MPPAA”), to collect withdrawal liability based on the withdrawal of Defendant Sidney Truck & Storage, Inc.
