We are of opinion the court did not err in overruling demurrers to replications to fourth, fifth and sixth pleas, and that matter in avoidance of defense set up in each of said pleas is sufficiently set up. The objection that evidence ivas improperly admitted to show verbal notice of the loss to defendant’s local agent, is immaterial.
