EDWARD WEINFELD, District Judge.

This is an application by the Trustee for approval of his final account, and a joint application by him and his counsel (a law firm of which he is a senior partner) for final and additional compensation of $77,-002 (counsel $68,722; Trustee $ 8,280)..Heretofore interim allowances were made to the Trustee and his attorneys for the period from December 15, 1971 through November 30, 1974, which totalled $72,500 (counsel $62,500; Trustee $10,000). For this period they now request an additional $46,716 (counsel $41,916; Trustee $4,800), which they state…
