Plaintiff Development Specialists, Inc., in its capacity as Plan Administrator for Coudert Brothers LLP, brings this action against Defendant Dechert LLP for avoidance and recovery of fraudulent transfers, turnover of profits, unjust enrichment, and an accounting.
