On application of the plaintiff-respondent corporation we transferred this cause to this court from the St. Louis Court of Appeals [opinion there reported in 212 SW. (2d) 480] under Art. V, Sec. 30, Const. Mo. 3945 and our Rule 2.06. It is an action in unlawful detainer for breach of a written lease by subletting, brought by respondent, in a justice of- the peace court in Normandy township, St. Louis county.
