Affirming.

This action was instituted in the Fayette circuit court by the sheriff of Fayette county on behalf of that count?/ and the Commonwealth against E. L. Martin and others for the purpose of collecting $671.13, taxes for the year 1915, upon personal property of the assessed value of $60,300.00, which belonged to a corporation known as Curry, Brown & Snyder.
