OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Ordered that the judgment of conviction is affirmed. *81Following a nonjury trial, defendant was convicted of menacing in the third degree (Penal Law § 120.15), attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 265.01 [2]), and harassment in the second degree (Penal Law § 240.26 [1]).
