Appellant, mother of the juvenile, M.M., appeals an order of the Vermont Family Court of Orange County granting the petition of the Commissioner of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) to terminate residual parental rights. Appellant claims that the trial court erred in finding there was a substantial change in material circumstances and in finding that the best interests of M.M. required termination of all parental rights. She argues that her parental rights were prematurely terminated in response to a false sense of “perceived urgency” created by SRS. We affirm.
