This is an appeal from a judgment, based upon a jury verdict, in the sum of $5,525.94 in favor of the appellee as a result of her slipping and falling on a banana peel in the appellants’ store.

The appellants moved the court for a directed verdict at the conclusion of the presentation of plaintiff’s evidence and at the conclusion of the presentation of all of the evidence. The motions were overruled by the trial court. The appellants’ motion for judgment n.o.v. was likewise overruled by the trial court. The sole question presented on this appeal is whether or…
