Jim Lustgarten and John Bates appeal the judgment of the district court for Lancaster County which dismissed an action brought against Terry Jones, Gary Ernst, and Jones Oil Company for an accounting. We affirm.
As general background, in 1979 Lustgarten and Bates, as early entrants into the Nebraska alcohol-fuel market, rented facilities from Jones Oil. Lustgarten and Bates lacked business contacts and finances for development of a gasohol market, while Jones had experience in the petroleum industry and contacts which might be beneficial in marketing gasohol.
