This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendants in an action to quiet title to certain real property in Los Angeles County, California.
The facts are undisputed, the evidence consisting mainly of recorded documents in the chain of title to the property, from which it appears: That on June 12, 1897, Gerhardt H.
