Appeals from a decision and an amended decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed January 24, 2003 and June 3, 2003, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant did not make false representations in violation of Workers’ Compensation Law § 114-a and amended claimant’s work-related injury to include his right knee.
