Appeal from an amended decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed December 11, 2014, which ruled, among other things, that claimant did not violate Workers’ Compensation Law § 114-a and revised her workers’ compensation benefits.
Claimant began receiving workers’ compensation benefits in 2010 stemming from a work-related injury.
