LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

This matter comes before the court on the motion of defendant MAB Refrigerated Transport, Inc. (MAB), to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) or to transfer for improper venue pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(3) (Doc. # 6). Plaintiff Oxford Transportation Services, Inc. (Oxford), has sued MAB for breach of contract and fraud stemming from an agreement reached between the two parties in August of 1991.
