INTRODUCTION

This docketed military pay case is the continuation of a protracted saga relating to disability entitlements of an officer in the United States Naval Reserve.1 Two previous opinions have issued under docket no. 109-81C, dated May 31, 1983, and April 13, 1984, which provided certain relief (disability pay and allowances) to plaintiff pursuant to a Notice of Eligibility (NOE).
