This case arose under the Workmen’s Compensation Law of Texas (Rev. St. 1925, art. 8306). The appellant company appealed from the award of the Industrial Accident Board, and filed its. petition in the district court of Wichita county to set aside the award. The defendants in the suit were Lute Davis, the injured party, and his attorneys, who had been allowed certain percentages of the award as their fees.
