This is a workmen’s compensation case, arising out of an injury received by appellee while engaged in work as an employee of the Goldstéin-Migel Company at Waco, Texas, on May 25, 1927. The claim was duly presented to the Industrial Accident Board, and an award made by said board, from which award appellant duly appealed to the district court of McLennan county, where a jury trial was had. The jury, in answer to special issues, found, in substance: That appellee did sustain personal injuries on May 25, 1027, while engaged in the course of her employment for the Goldstein-Migel Company, and…
