This is an appeal from an order of the Corporation Commission ordering and directing appellant to ¡establish and. maintain a depot and agent at the town of Phillips; on its line of railwajr in Oklahoma. The order appealed from was made by the commission after a hearing upon the petition of ap-pellee at which both parties introduced evidence in support of their respective contentions.
