Introduction

Plaintiff Gisela Devora brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to obtain judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying her disability and Supplemental Social Security benefits. 1 The Commissioner has moved for judgment on the pleadings on the ground that her decision was supported by substantial evidence.
